Welcome to Kindergarten! In Kindergarten, the students are developing a strong foundation for learning where they can use their skills to discover, interact, and create in a classroom environment. The curriculum focuses on engaging the students in reading, writing, mathematics, and social skills to help the students become active learners. My hope is that the students will grow and develop new ways of learning that will help them succeed. Also, that the students develop the awareness that they believe in themselves and respect each other. These hopes will help create a strong classroom setting.

Throughout the year KA students can look forward to many fun and exciting activities. We will be working on number recognition, sound recognition, word recognition, 100th day of school, Weekly Reader, learning and celebrating about God's love, and much more.
