100 Years
Principal's Message
The school calendar gives our lives a wonderful rhythm as we plan and prepare for the special events during the academic year. We look forward to the first day of school because it gives us the opportunity for a fresh start and a new beginning. This year is very significant in the history of St. Mary's School in Melrose. As we celebrate 100 years of faith development, academic excellence and traditions, I hope it will be a significant year in the life of your child. Our goal this year for the St. Mary school community is to build the Kingdom of God one child at a time. Starting with the children, and also including faculty and parents, we hope to make a difference in the lives of our school community. We will look at what our words and actions mean as we respond to one another. We will focus on treating each other with kindness and respect in our classrooms, cafeteria, and playground. Our hope is that one child at a time we will make a difference. With your help and support, this goal will be realized. Our school is rich in tradition and alive in our faith. May this year be a reflection of the essence of the St. Mary's School mission "to love one another as He has loved us."
Sincerely,
Mrs. Cynthia Boyle
